Dortech has just completed a major glazing contract for Developers S Harrison Developers Ltd and Buccleuch Property at New City of York Council Offices. Dortech was contracted by Main Contractors Miller Construction to deliver the scheme.
The scheme was designed by CSP Architects and had a total glazed area in excess of 1,100m2. Dortech work incorporated structurally glazed curtain walling, roof lights, windows and aluminium flashings and & panels.
The overall scheme was a conversion and extension to one of York’s most important heritage assets. This Grade II listed property has been transformed by Millers to create 150,000ft of modern office accommodation.
