Dortech have just completed another leisure centre project for Willmott Dixon taking the total number of leisure centres the company has been involved with up to 74 over the past 20 years.
Rochdale Leisure Centre, was designed by KKA Architects, who designed the building to give a prominence suitable for this important civic building. Facing the main road, the form of the pool hall is an eye catching beacon for the centre with an oversailing roof striking a dynamic angle that is emphasised by its expression on the gable elevations.
