Dortech achieved a performance score of 53 out of 65 (81.5%) for work delivered for Wates Construction on The Headrow in Leeds a 1930’s landmark building. Remodelled by architects, the Fairhurst Group and main contractors, Wates.

• Pre Construction attitude and approach, characterised by having a positive and proactive approach to all pre-start activities.
• Relationships and attitudes on site, characterised by relating well and being proactive in problem avoidance.
• Call outs were consistently short response time whilst keeping Wates informed of our progress.
