Dortech has just completed Noel Baker and St Martins School located in Derby. The £1.25 million glazing contract comprised of the design, manufacture and installation of curtain walling, rooflights, windows and thermally broken doors.
The scheme was designed by Nicholas Hare Architects to accommodate 1,150 pupils and included over 3,000m2 of glazing.
As part of Dortech contract, specialist rooflight profiles had to be sourced from a German systems manufacturer, requiring specialist fabrication techniques.
